Process Engineer I BOPP Film Manufacturing. Follow and monitor system of SCADA to change micron or product, parameters of machines such as speed of machines, silos, monitor thickness of material. Manage all line process starting from raw material to final product. Follow all machines (Speed, Efficiency, and Preventive Maintenance). Ensure that product Quality matching with International Standards. Follow marketing plan and achieve it in its deadline. Follow Recycling process for scrapped product to save all wastes. Follow all reports such as daily production, down time, checklist and used ERP system. Monitor all shift consist of supervisor and operators and made many trainings to know knowledge about line.
