a. Technical support for the technicians/engineers when faults-problems and trouble shooting of production lines b. Preventive maintenance scheduling of production lines according to equipment’s manuals c. Total productive maintenance (TPM) leading by evaluating the KPI's of each team work and follow up of it. d. Ensuring essential spare parts are available on spare parts store stock and the criticality of it. e. Cost reduction of the PM according to the budget. f. The overall equipment efficiency (OEE) analysis g. Supervision of all Preventive-protective and proactive maintenance of the production lines h. The reliability and RCM analysis production lines and action plan i. training program for the new engineers, technicians and production stuff on: o operation of filling machine and downstream equipment o autonomous maintenance o preventive maintenance o troubleshooting of problems and errors

Shift leader for plant maintenance( UHT processing and filling lines) by the following: 1-maintenance team supervision during the shift as a direct technical support for the big and critical problems. 2-daily report for manager for the statuse of plant maintenance issiues 3-maintenance action plane follow up

Maintenance engineer for Combibloc production lines as the following responsabilites: 1-production lines follow up during the daily shifts and solving the (mechanical problems) and (electrical troubelshooting) 2-inspection taskes for problems and pinding issues whitch affected on production cycles of filling lines. 3-action plane relization of all maintenance types: A-preventive maintenance B-coorective maintenance C-proactive maontenance 4-daily and weekly report to maintenance manager fof the statuse of lines

Production plane relization on UHT filling area(milke -juice) according to: 1-filling lines operation cycles(CIP-sterlization and production) follow up 2- Autonomiose maintenance follow up and supervision 3-inspection taskes of production lines machines and action plane for preventive maintenance. 4- productevity improvment by relizing of TPM KPIs
