Responsibilities: - -Responsible for the smooth operation of the daily production in the factory as well as ensuring that productivity is achieved and the production plan is implemented with good quality standards. -Monitoring, controlling, and evaluating the accuracy of production processes, to formulate corrective action plans and make the improvement recommendations. -Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities. -Estimate production costs, cost saving methods to minimize overall costs. -Coordinate and implement Lean Sigma to resolve production problems, and minimize costs. -Analyzing the root causes of reduction in productivity, stoppages, and scrap and responsible for implementing the corrective actions. -Having the flexibility and decision-making abilities to deal with problems of workers, machines, or urgent customer needs. -Coordinating with the Quality Manager on a daily basis on the problems encountered, scrap and samples requested. -Analyze the consumption of materials and consumables. -Following up daily production KPI's report and analysis according to 5M what help in enhance the performance continuously. -Coordination with commercial management by receiving the expected sales plan. -Developing Material requirement plan and production schedules based on demand forecasts to meet customer needs. -Coordinating with supply chain team to ensure that adequate materials are available as the material delivery date. -Monitoring inventory levels and adjusting production accordingly to avoid overproduction. -Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. -Monitoring schedules, and other key performance indicators to ensure that products are progressing as planned. -Prepare analytical reports to control and measure the efficiency of sales, procurement and production departments.
