Manage and coordinate all Project activities for successful completion of the project. Provide technical support for subcontractors and logistic support for the works out of their contract scope. Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables with site team / consultants &Conducts surveys. Execution of Project engineering schedule and AutoCAD drawings and schematics. Ensure the technical accuracy of specific design Able to recognize when technical problems develop in various disciplines, and to initiate appropriate corrective actions. Review and approve Client invoices. Supervise the installation process on site. Cost Analysis and Cost Control of the project. Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning appropriate personnel to phases and elements and selecting the most efficient strategy for the best project management technique. Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving obstacles. Develops project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.as well as assigning and deciding the needed resources to execute the project within the target plan Evaluation, analysis and negotiation between different quotations from suppliers for achieving best prices and quality to maintain the project budget till end of project. Conducting Periodical progress meetings with different disciplines (Engineering, Logistics, Procurement & Site) to maintain the project completion on time and settlement for any obstacles. Conducting Periodical meetings with Client for checking client satisfactory and any requirements to minimize project risk. Follow up, interfere, and assist in all project phases, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance & Deliveries. Review, approve and follow up client invoices. Submittals Preparation and follow up till successful approval. Assist and review the Proposals through tendering phase.
