Responsible for Sourcing, Production, and Quality in Egypt, with an average value of 6M units annually running in more than 20 vendors/Factories. Managing the Planning, merchandising, and supervisors team to Monitor the performance efficiency and daily output to ensure meeting the quality and delivery requirements. Develop productivity targets for the organization and evaluate the team's performance. Prepare and follow the production plans and daily reports Ensuring that orders are produced within the deadline in the desired quality Direct the production process from the beginning until the final product. Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, provide performance feedback, or discuss production forecasts or changes. Track the attendance, absence, and annual reports. Prepare the order costing and make agreements regarding pricing and deadlines. Managing, coaching, and mentoring the team to reach the best performance. Analyze the orders and plan the operations, thereby optimizing resource - manpower, machine, and materials allocation. Ensure timely availability of RM, monitor production progress, modify (if necessary) in line with the actual progress and coordination between FHs to take necessary actions. Managing everyday operations and monitoring the progress of each project. Create a suitable work environment by ensuring all the materials and equipment for the the production processes are available. The ability to detect problems and find creative solutions to facilitate production.

Plan, devise, and supervise production schedules across multiple factories/stakeholders. Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate. Set and monitor the quality standards and lead times and execute accordingly. Ensure that the products will be cost-effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing on budgets with both clients, category managers, and business development. Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed. Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs Liaise with different departments, teams, companies, suppliers, and clients to assure workflow optimization. Working closely with the team, study prices of Fabrics and Garments for cost management and optimization. Supervise a cross-functional team across operations (warehousing), styling, and sourcing ensuring that production efforts conclude to successful product launch, content, and sales outcomes. Ensure orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards are met.

Managing a Global team for following up on all product manufacturing processes, starting from the samples stage to final inspection and the end customer in the following Countries: (Cairo and El Minia in Egypt) (Irbidi n Jordan) (Colombo and Kogala in Sri Lanka) (Beijing, Guangzhou, Quanzhou, Jiaxing, Qingdao, Qingzhou in China) (Selangor, Georgetown in Malaysia) (Phnom Penh in Cambodia) (Bangkok in Thailand) (HongKong) Monitor the progress of quality-related meetings and follow up on the identified quality assurance activities to ensure timely operations Doing Inline and final inspection and following the shipment status. Following the production lines, shipments status and release weekly recap for the lines production status. Vendors' Inspection performance KPI. Inspecting and evaluating the PP samples and working with the NY Tech team to solve any technical issues. Checking all the T/Ps and working with the TJNY team to correct and amend any technical issues or add any missing Info. Checking all the 3rd party final inspection reports and callouts for any found issues. Working with all vendors and making the folding method and the backing way. Working with all vendors to resolve any Quality/technical issue they can face. Working on the Packing manual for all vendors. Work on the process to give the vendor a self-inspection by creating a self-inspection instructions standard. Follow up the production and schedule/create the final inspection plan in order to decide if we will inspect the goods by the TJ team or 3rd party. PP meeting activities and checklist and instructions.

Directing the team to adhere to critical quality points to ensure adherence to quality standards and thereby satisfying the customer Guiding the teams at the pre-production meetings and pilot runs as and when required in order to ensure customer quality requirements are met. Monitor the conduct of all audits to ensure products/processes comply with customer requirements Manage to upgrade technical knowledge/ quality awareness of all relevant personnel to achieve desired quality objectives, thereby facilitating production operations Follow-up for the production starting from fabric till ready boxes for loading and shipping, passing through all stages of production (laboratory testing - fabric inspection, accessories inspection - cutting- printing - embroidery - Sewing - packing - final inspection). Leading a team responsible for the quality system, passing all production processes and operations to achieve the buyer's quality standards and requirements. Responsible for all the subcontracts factories that procedure the goods, from feeding the lines passing all inspections stage till loading. Responsible for all compliance auditing needed from the buyers. Responsible for applying all the safety processes, including the metal policy. Responsible for the annual calibration plan and doing the needed requirements for the tools that need calibrations.
