As a Factory Manager at Al qasr glass, I oversee the manufacturing and production of high-quality glass products for various industries and applications. I have more than seven years of experience in the glass industry, including two and a half years as a QC Supervisor at wajhat glass company. I have developed and implemented quality control standards and procedures, as well as streamlined the production processes and operations, to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. I have also trained and mentored the factory staff, and fostered a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. I am passionate about delivering excellence and innovation in the glass industry, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
