I am working as a Director of Data Center Operations Engineering within Global Center of Excellence, in my role, I am responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects Operations Engineering across DataVolt’s data center portfolio. This includes managing operational performance to ensure strategic alignment with our objectives and delivering on our vision for excellence. I lead specialized teams including the Global Ops Handover Manager and Subject Matter Experts in Electrical, Mechanical, and BMS/Control systems to ensure seamless integration, operational readiness, and full compliance with industry standards. This position requires strategic oversight of multi-site operations, focusing on performance optimization, risk and capacity management, regulatory compliance, and resource efficiency. As part of the Operations Center of Excellence, I also manage vendors management, contract management, proposals support, and financial controls to optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Ultimately, my role is to ensure the reliable, scalable, and sustainable operation of all existing facilities while overseeing the smooth transition of new data centers into operational excellence Before, I was Executive Program Manager for Hyperscale Data Centers Operation and Maintenance at DATAVOLT, a subsidiary of Vision Invest Company. In this role, I lead and oversee the operation and maintenance of data centers, while building and guiding a top-tier team committed to excellence. Previously, I served as the Head of Operations for Hyperscale Data Centers at Ezditek, part of the FAS Al-Hokair Group. I spearheaded the operation and maintenance functions across a portfolio of hyperscale data centers, including the ZeroPoint Data Centers program at NEOM, and other key initiatives for Ezditek Data Centers. Prior to that, I spent approximately eight years at Mobily Data Centers as a DC Operations Manager. I hold certifications as CDFOM, AOP, ATP, CDCMP, CDCAP, ATS as well as Program Management Professional (PgMP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI. With 19 years of extensive experience in program management, operations and maintenance, my expertise lies in data centers & hyperscale DCs and critical infrastructure systems.
