• Ensuring all management systems are applied on earth with a realistic and applicable documentations and goals matching with production sector through team handling quality, environmental, social and health, safety sectors. • Ensuring all Training Department flow of process &efficiency. • Supervising coordinating of flow of work between factory different departments through planning, quality, production and maintenance. • Supervising internal work shop for machines motors maintenance to guarantee machines efficiency and apply cost control. • Qualifying the mill for BCI system and got the membership.

• Qualifying the mill for quality management according to ISO 9001, maintain the system effective. • Qualifying the mill for environmental performance according to ISO 14001, maintain the system effective. • Qualifying the mill for health and safety according to OHSAS 18001, maintain the system effective. • Qualify the mill to Step by oeko-tex certificate that accredited the factory according to European requirements in Environmental, health & safety, quality, social and chemical managements. • Qualify the mill to Standard 100 by oeko-tex Certification, maintain the system effective. • Following WRAP system that the factory certified on and maintain its criteria. • Following GOTS system that the factory was already certified on and maintain its criteria. • Following up the practice of missions of Training department.

• Supervising inspection department and put system for defects and how to be categorized and what could be consider first degree and what need to be amended through complete team for inspection and packing. • Establish system of traceability for each cone been produced inside the factory with complete history. • Survey of factory turn over percentage, specify short of human elements & needs in each production, Maintenance, Quality and Utility departments. • Interviews with new employees either labors or engineers and choose the most applicable ones for training period. • Apply training course based on where each person supposed to be hired in and decide who will proceed and who will not fit. • Perform formal assessment for labors practical performance on machines to get an over view about the perception attained during training. • Applying monthly Assessment for all factory workers according to their performance and efficiency to revise the suitability in the position occupied by them and if any change of positions will lead to all over better efficiency of factory.

• Supervising planning department as per practical achievement of targets & deliveries required by organizing number of machines per orders & capacity and maintenance. • Coordination between different shifts and supervisors to maintain proper running or work flow. • Organizing with laboratory regarding the customer requirements and fibers specifications to be able to adjust the relation between stock and requirements. • Follow up of production efficiency and perform corrective and preventive actions as per problems found either regarding raw materials or maintenance. • Control & calculate percentage of waste for each stage and compare it with target required and efficiency • Perform management review regarding plans, efficiency and waste interactions and settle new targets and plans based on follow up results.

4 Years in doubling, twisting departments and 1 year in spinning department, perform supervision completely on departments, follow up with workers any problems to be solved on spot to avoid any delay on target plans. Perform report to production manager to advise the complete view of performance.
