1. Daily Operations Management Supervise and manage day-to-day operations across assigned production lines or business units. Ensure operational plans are executed effectively to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. Monitor output, performance, and operational KPIs to guarantee adherence to standards. 2. Workforce & Team Leadership Lead and coordinate operational teams including supervisors, team leaders, and workers. Assign tasks, manage attendance, and ensure adequate labor supply to meet business needs. Conduct daily shift briefings to communicate goals, challenges, and priorities. Train, motivate, and develop team members to enhance performance and efficiency. 3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track operational performance metrics including output, efficiency, downtime, and waste. Prepare daily and weekly reports for senior management. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions. 4. Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations. Work closely with Quality and HSE teams to ensure zero deviations from standards. Address quality issues promptly and develop preventive measures. 5. Process Improvement Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements. Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S). Optimize resource utilization to reduce costs and increase productivity. 6. Coordination & Communication Collaborate with HR, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Quality teams to support smooth operations. Ensure transparent communication across shifts and departments. Escalate critical issues to management promptly.

o Monitor & control Maintenance KPIs as (DT %, MTTR, MTBF) (Monthly & YTD) Per shift. o Monitor & control Plant KPIs as (Utilization %, GE %, OEE %) (Monthly & YTD) Per shift. o Monitoring all KPIs and provides a weekly Report for best and worst operated ( Lines & Machines ) based on their ( Utilization %, GE %, OEE %, DT%, Production adherence, Packaging & Row materials waste rate) (Monthly & YTD) Per shift & Providing Engineering recommendations & Performing Pareto analysis for all factory breakdowns to prioritize critical issues and guide maintenance strategies. o Deal with Classic control, PLC and drives troubleshooting. o Deal with Processing and Packaging machines. o Controlling and analyzing maintenance expenses (Monthly & YTD) to track trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize operational budgets. o Collaborating with maintenance and production teams to prioritize maintenance activities and preventive maintenance (PM) based on data analysis and operational needs. o Provides RCA for breakdowns. o Supervise technicians and ensure tasks are performed efficiently and as required. o Monitor the performance of maintenance technicians and coordinate their maintenance schedules.
