Operations Director responsible of the PMCM business line and the construction supervision for KSA region. Leading the bidding proposals and business growth. Responsible of business development and client relationships.

Projects responsible of: 1. Jazan City for Primary and Downstream Industries (from May 2015 to May 2021) Development of Masterplan and detail design for infrastructure (Roads, street lighting, water, wastewater, storm water and irrigation network. In addition to MV and LV Network) for the entire city, commercial port and associated offshore, onshore, port control centre and VTMIS. City water and wastewater treatment plant. City emergency response facilities (Police station, Fire station, Medical Center and Security force building) with all associates infrastructure. 2. NEOM - PMC (From April 2020 to October 2021) Project management consultant services for the development of the new city through out the procurement, Masterplan, detail design, construction management and handover to stakeholders/end users.

• Setting up the project delivery system (Strategy, Policy and Procedure) • Delivering best practice project management • Develop working and management reporting requirements • Establishing an appropriate cost & schedule control system • Establish reporting tools, including database systems for document control, control of production of contract documentation and engineering submissions • Monitoring and control of the cost and overall project deliverables against agreed performance targets • Developing, monitoring and updating of the project implementation programme and analysis of critical paths • Manage the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports, including cost/schedule status and cash flow progress performance metrics • Monitoring of risk and recommending mitigation measures as required; • Managing interface for issues related to planning, scheduling and cost control activities. • Managing claims and EOT process. • Involvement in Business Improvement Process. • Managing and supervising the Engineering Team, Program Planners, Cost Control, Document Controls and estimators during design, bidding and construction phase. • Recruit and train Engineering team, Project Planning, Cost and Document Control team.

• Program management and projects control at project and framework level. • Tender management and financial evaluation. • Program and Planning management during project’s Due-Diligence • Managing pre-construction projects and team (Estimation and planning). • Preparation and monitor of fully logic linked and resource loaded programs (resource histograms/ schedules, cost uploading, critical path, delay scenarios and risk analysis) through feasibility study, detail design, procurement and construction. • Input in constructability during feasibility and design phases. • Managing and supervising the project site team during construction phase by regular site audit to Progress, scope changes and cost. • Managing interface with project site management team and client counterparts for issues related to planning and scheduling activities. • Managing the monthly projects CVR and the Earn Value Analysis together with the quarterly projects forecast process. • Manage and coordinate the interface between Civil, M&E and Suppliers design and program. • Preparation of monthly progress reports and consolidated close out report at the completion of the project. • Managing project’s claims and EOT process. • Involvement in Business Improvement Process. • Recruit and train project planning and control team.

Involvement from the early stage of the projects with design teams to agree the required feasibility study. Setting up and agree the initial target cost. Prepare the master construction program and the resources histograms. Prepare the health and safety plan, the method statement, the risk assessment, and then managing and supervising the site works. Monitor Progress, cost, quality and health and safety onsite. Prepare weekly report, monthly safety report, monthly progress report, monthly waste management report, and finally commissioning / hand over process.

Checking subcontractors setting out, checking drawings and design co-ordination. In addition to, responsible of producing the weekly rolling programs and monitors progress and quality.
