- Dealing with INCOTERMS, Export & Import, Logistics, Taxation, Customs Clearance, Government Policies, and Approvals for Dangerous Goods (DG) is crucial when working with overseas suppliers. - Ensure accurate processing, distribution, and timely release of documentation to carriers, forwarders, customers, and agents. - Prepare and confirm key milestones (departure, arrival, customs clearance, PODs, etc.) as per customer standard operating procedures. - Submit a weekly report to the Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O.). - Timely registration of new products and maintenance of product licenses in assigned countries. - Negotiate with the Ministry of Health (MOH) and other regulatory bodies as needed. - Authorized to issue customs clearance and handle taxation for imported products. - Register specified items with the National Institute of Laser Sciences or Pharmaceutical Affairs Central Administration. - Regularly review ISO, FDA, DOC, CE, FSC Certificates to ensure validity, legality, and match with related items' manufacturers.
