Manage the complete Design Process activities for both Real estate, Retail & Hotel Divisions projects.

• Review and Study HVAC, Plumbing,medical gases and Fire Fighting Design Drawings Package. • Review and Study Project Specs, Materials Schedules, Hydraulic Calculations and Technical Reports • Prepare RFI's. For Any Missing Design Data or any Technical Inquires. • Prepare General Arrangement Sections for MEP Services in the building in corporate with Different disciplines. • Follow Up Modeling of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire fighting systems and solve any conflict between different services. • Prepare and Review work shop drawings (HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting) . • Prepare Builders Work Shop Drawings and Coordinate it With Both Arch and Structure Drawings. • Apply Consultant comments on Shop Drawings If Any. • Periodically Issue Revit And Navis Clash Report and Check the Deviation and Update General Arrangement Section. • Participate with Technical office Head in Preparing estimated Work Time and Submission dates. • Participate with BIM manager to Identify Clash Report Criteria.

• Detect suitable mechanical systems for the project according to client requirements and available budget . • Develop design criteria report "Schematic Report". • Designing HVAC (cooling & ventilation) , plumbing (supply &drainage), fire fighting (water&gas) , oil drainage networks and compressed air networks. • Site supervision of Mechanical Systems installation ,testing & commissioning (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting). • Managing & giving instruction to site engineers and contractor’s engineers. • Complete coordination with all design and execution departments. • Reviewing shop drawings, calculation ,method of statement and materials submittals from contractors. • Preparing BOQ and specification. • Preparing periodical progress report. • Review calculations, shop drawing • Submit complete tender package. • Reply on contractors RFI and MAR. • Participate with technical office and project management in make projects cost estimates and time schedules. • collaborating with team work to plan,organize and schedule project work and assure compliance with tender and construction documents.

construction new hotels according to different codes and standard: 1. Piping networks work (water supply & drainage system, Automatic sprinkler system, Chilled water networks, engines cooling systems, hot water networks and swimming pool piping. 2. Equipments and Mechanical systems erection work: -water treatment stations (filters, pumps and pressure tanks). - Boilers and heat exchangers. -sprinkler system stations (pumps, pressure tanks, zone valves and test valves). - Chillers Plants and Terminal Units (condenser cooling cycle, chilled water cycles, fan coil units , AHU and water regulating valves). - Fire fighting and bilge pumps. - Ventilation Fans and ducts work (supply, return& exhaust) . - Swimming pool piping and pumps (filtration, supply, drain, jets and back wash). - Engines and generators installation and startup. 3. Coordinate between forging consultant, electromechanical consultant and interior consultant In Site. 4. Make collection for the required materials. 5. Coordinate with the foreman, contractors and technicians and ensure the smooth flow of work. 6. Conduct site surveys immediately on approval of drawings to check for suitability of Installation. 7.Report to immediate superior if there is any deviation observed at site. 8.Schedule with the consultant the flow of work. 9.Ensure that all technical and safety parameters are taken care of at the time of Installation. 10. Set the plan of action to achieve the required man hours for each phase of the Installation activity. 11.Revise and approve valuation of contractors . 12. Revise project Specs. and Different codes with technical office engineers. 13. Check all supplied materials to Site.

Responsible for maintenance of: 1-Diesel engines and gearboxes (CARERPILLAR 3400 series, MAN,REINGTS ) 2- Generators (CATERPILLAR 3406-3408-3306-VOLVO). 3- Chillers plants and chilled water Pumps, boilers, and terminal units. 4- Water treatment systems. 5- Swage treatment systems 6- Kitchen &laundry equipments. 7- Swimming pools equipments B. Following up different maintenance operations of hotels during periodical renovations . C. Monitor and control all maintenance activities Budget. D. Prepare List of spare parts stock and Annual forecasting for maintenance expenses. E. Applying ISO-9001 Preventive maintenance programs to hotels equipments and Services. F. Arranging the work of maintenance Team ,and choose the best time for maintenance operations. G. record all maintenance activities in equipments log books and Issue periodical maintenance reports with equipment status and life time.
