Conducting GMP Audit. • Net weight testing. • Conducting Training Plan. • Inspecting problems and errors in products, knowing the causes and trying to find solutions . • Submit reports of all product problems to the quality manager . • Follow up CIP Cycles for All Filling machines • Test and analysis for each part of (parameter being tested, material,shrink, thickness,color ) • Final Product Release to warehouse. • Inspect the final product before loading and follow up (FIFO) policy • Inspect containers before loading and follow up GWP • Receiving the final product returns and withdrawing samples to the lab (chemistry, microbiology). • Monitoring the temperature of refrigerators. • Inspects raw materials, packaging material intermediates, and finished goods for analytical conformance to preestablished work instructions and standards. • Reciving raw materials and packaging materials from the supplier and checking supplier certificates.

Ensure documentation and records are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements. • Initiate corrective action reports and variance for issues related to manufacturing process and follow up on the execution of the actions. • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality and food safety standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). • Implementation of the laboratory tests necessary to ensure product quality in all stages of production until the finished product. Monitoring critical control points and takes the necessary corrective action in case of deviation from the critical limits. • Monitoring production processes to ensure there is no deviation from the standards of specification. • Insure compatibility with GMP’s , personal hygiene and HACCP requirements. • Control hold and release of final product based on compatibility of product. • Ensure the implementation of food safety systems in production area. • Inspects raw materials, packaging material intermediates, and finished goods for analytical conformance to pre-established work instructions and standards.
