Experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the food production industry with achieving highly records in raising productivity and achieving the organization targets. My work experience career started at Ceramica Cleopatra Group, Specialized in Ceramic Decoration Machines and I attended the installation lines with Italian team and had the full responsibility for maintenance and line utilities. Then, I had joined Halwani Brothers Factories and taking all responsibility for Dry Foods Factories production lines issues for "Jam, Juice, Halawa, Sesame, Tahina and Maamoul". In Halwani, I had a solid experience duty with maintenance activities dealing with production lines. -At Jam and Juice Plant all steps from receiving the fresh fruits, washing lines, preparation lines, jam cookers, juice homogenizer, pasteurization unite, sterilizer unite, jam fillers, juice fillers, capping machines, labeling machines, packaging unites, Sleever machine for bottles with steam technique for shrinkage. -At Sesame Plant, I had the experience to deal with Sesame filtration elevators, Sesame washing lines, Sesame rotary steam, double jacket roasters, Sesame peelers, Sesame grinding machines "Nagima", Sesame soft grinding machines "Krouma", Sesame vibrators handling unites, dust collector central filtration unit, final central storage tanks. -At Halawa Plant, I had the experience to deal with: Halawa cookers, Halawa Mixing Arms, Halawa Filling Machines, Halawa Packaging Machines, "BWI" and Flow Wrap Machines, "ULMA and PFM", New Halawa Bar line with it's Utilities, Tahina Filler, Tahina Sleever Machine for bottles with steam technique for shrinkage, Nuts crushing machine. -At Maamoul Plant, I had the experience to deal with: Preparation Mixer, Rheon Encrusting Machines, Flow Wrap "ULMA" Machines, Maamoul Production Ovens, Date seeds separating machine. At present, I am working in Kuwait Food Company (Americana) in Meat Divisions for production lines of Chicken and Meat. in our two plants for Meat and Chicken, I am dealing with the processing of meat machines like: Microwave, Grinding Mixers, Tumbler Massager, Plate Freezers, TSM plant for slicing and weight scaled chicken, Formax forming machines for burgers, Gyro Freezers, Flow Wrap Packaging Machine "PFM", Bradman Packaging line, Vacuum Unites, Poly-clip Automatic Clipping Machine, Manual Clippers, Handtmann Machines "ALSYSTEM, Fillers", Verbufa Skewers Machine, Bowel Cutters, Peeling Machines, Tiromat Power Pack Thermoforming packaging full line, Fessmann Ovens, Air Compressors.
