• Coordinate vessel arrivals, sailings, and husbandry services, including crew changes, technical visits, and cargo operations. • Serve as primary liaison with Suez Canal authorities, pilots, tug companies, terminals, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and operations. • Prepare and submit customs, cargo, and vessel documentation including manifests, bills of lading, and statements of facts. • Provide operational guidance to Masters, Fleet Managers, and General Management, ensuring compliance with international standards. • Proactively approach and build relationships with companies operating vessel fleets, present LBH Group’s services and secure new operational agreements, which expanded the client base and strengthened the company’s market presence in Egypt.

• Process supplier invoices, port disbursements, and vessel-related expenses while ensuring full compliance with tariff agreements. • Prepare Estimated and Final Disbursement Accounts (EPDA & FDA) for vessel operations across Egypt’s ports. • Monitor costs, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for vessel managers. • Create, review, and issue customer invoices and account statements, ensuring all data is accurately recorded in the accounting system (Odoo). • Gather and verify all necessary billing information before finalizing receivables and issuing invoices. • Record and update all issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer details in the accounting database. • Send payment reminders, follow up on outstanding balances, and respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding invoices or accounts. • Prepare monthly billing and financial reports, supporting the accounting department in maintaining accurate records and compliance.
