I have been working here since the date of joining the company at the beginning of the production process in 2010 until now. I work within the production department, the hot zone section. My main job is to monitor and operate the melting furnace from which 630 tons of molten glass are drawn daily. My work is exchanged during the day and responsible within the shift for the furnace. And the process of operating and withdrawing from it and adjusting temperatures according to the rate of withdrawal and preserving the oven’s refractories from the occurrence of glass leakage or damage to the equipment. Through good control of the melting furnace fire and in the right way, which saves energy consumption from natural gas. I also participate with my colleagues inside the hot zone in the production process and the production of different thicknesses of glass, starting from a glass thickness of 2.2m up to producing a thickness of 15m. My work in this company is an addition to my strong professionalism in the production process of flat glass, in addition to my previous experiences in monitoring and operating glass furnaces and mixers.

Responsible for the operating process of the melting furnace of the production process, the operating area, and temperature control. Responsible for the mixer operation and following up the mixing process for raw materials to help produce glass that is free from mixing and melting defects and is characterized by high quality.

I worked here in the mixing and smelting department at that time. My main job was to monitor and operate the melting furnace and operate the mixer in times of emergency from the melting furnace control room. I trained within the company highly trained on the glass smelting process and glass defects related to the mixing and smelting process, and I learned inside the company how to get molten out The glass to the production process is free from mixing and smelting defects and with high quality. That period of my life was the basis of my distinguished work and science. I knew its artistic value later on in the companies I worked for.
