EXTERNAL • Ensure that the Project is delivered as agreed with the Client by effectively and appropriately overseeing all issues, surrounding risks, contracts and communications. • In line with Al-Futtaim Carillion’s Values and Sustainability agenda, to determine and deliver the appropriate quality and style for the project(s), and thus ensure that the reputation of Al-Futtaim Carillion is enhanced with the local community, delivery partners and, most of all the Clients. INTERNAL • To have overall responsibility to ensure that everyone on site, including his/her team are working in accord with Al-Futtaim Carillion’s ‘Target Zero’ Health & Safety Strategy. • To ensure that all procurement items are identified and adequately placed with the procurement department to enable the contract programme to be carried out. • To take the lead in ensuring the effective management of performance, training and budgets, to ensure that the project is cash-positive, well co-ordinated and runs in accord with the agreed contract programme. • Manage a direct labour workforce. • Manage multi-national sub-contractors. • Work with and manage a multi-national management team. • Assist in planning and management of the site logistic requirements. • Mentor and encourage development of his/her team e.g. appraisals. • Chair regular Health and Safety meetings with site team and S/Cs.

Project Manager – Fourseason Hotel Project Scope - The building is a development of 34 storey with 200 hotel keys at levels 4-13; 125 apartments at levels 15-33; penthouse at levels 33-34; plant & equipment levels at 14th & 32nd floor; spa with heat experience, pool, & gym at levels 2-3; 4 Sub-Podium and 2 Podium levels for lounges, bar & restaurants; meeting rooms, parking, and other BOH facilities.The Gross Floor Area is approximately 105,000 m2 (including residential balconies). The structure will be of reinforced concrete with mostly post tensioned floor construction. Attendances and interfacing will be required for Client direct contract works including Specialist Data, Telecommunications and IP TV equipment installations; Loose Furnishings, Fittings and Equipment (FF&E); Interior Fitting Out and furnishing of Tenant Food and Beverage Areas The project was under critical stage to complete as the Quality was not accepted by the client especially in the Hotel Part ( Heart of the Project) then I have been appointed for the Handover of Hotel part , my part is very critical and I am working as the Trouble shooter to the company to avoid LDs to the project , I am very successful with my role and Hotel rooms are Handed over to the client.

Project Detail The footprint of the building plot is approximately 7000 sq. metre and is located on an island site surrounded by permanent Burj Development roads. The structure comprises 3 basement levels, 6 podium levels and two towers (Tower 58 is 22-storey high and Tower 59 is 24-storey high). There are 411 apartments in these two towers. The 6 podium levels consist of apartments, retail stores, offices and landscaping. The overall built-up area is also approximately 7000 sq. metre. The building envelope is a mix of pre-cast concrete panels and curtain walls. The internal finishes are generally of a high specification. KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB Plan, coordinate and review the progress of the Construction Programme, taking any necessary corrective action to meet, and where possible, exceed the expectations of the Client - To determine resource requirements for works, including defining future personnel requirements - Through progress meetings with individual and, where necessary, multiple trades, ensure that all sub-contractors have all the necessary resources and information to deliver the programme of work - Ensure compliance with the contract drawings and specifications, together with the Employer’s Requirements and Contractor’s Proposals - To establish and maintain all systems, policies and processes around Health & Safety and Welfare, Quality and Sustainability issues to ensure compliance with agreed standards - Through effective planning, communication, development and direction ensure the high performance of his / her team, including allocation of duties and team development Implement disciplinary and grievance procedures for site team
