* Site inspection for civil works, which includes structural & finishing works and ensure that the work is as per the Project Specifications and issued for construction drawing/ final approved drawings from authorities. * Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards. * Monitor the progress of work with respect to the Master Program. * Contractor’s submittals reviewing viz, Sub-contractor’s prequalification documents, material submittals, method statements, technical documents, shop drawings, etc. * Rich knowledge in finishing standards & quality control. * Frequent Safety inspection & issue site instructions against violations. * BOQ preparation of civil works. * Analysis and recommendations of claims for Extension of Time & Variation Order.

* ✓ Responsible for all of QA / QC Civil and architectural related activities. * ✓ Check and review the plans & specifications for the proper construction & quality implementation at job site. * ✓ Perform pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings & specification. * ✓ Conduct final inspection with owner’s representative prior to proceed concrete pouring and other succeeding work activities. * ✓ Requires step by step inspection as per inspection and testing procedures (I.T.P.). * ✓ Render monitoring and surveillance on site. * ✓ To control the quality of work being implemented by the construction.

* Managing parts of construction projects. Overseeing building work. Undertaking surveys. * Setting out sites and organising facilities. * Supervising contracted staff. * Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales. * Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff. * Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings. * Providing technical advice. * Problem solving. * Ordering and negotiating the price of materials. * Ensuring site safety.
