Exam Development Volunteer for the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) credentialing program. Defining the knowledge and skills required to serve effectively as a Community Association Manager, and to work with peers to assure that the CMCA remains a strong credential, responsive to the needs of the profession of community association management. I serve on the CMCA Item Review Panel whereby we are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving new items for inclusion on the CMCA exam. This is one of the core functions that is integral to the CMCA exam program.

Reporting to the President, I'm tasked with the following core responsibility: - Combine entrepreneurial drive with business-management skills to drive gains in revenue, market share and profit performance within the Toronto Portfolio. - Communicate a clear, strategic sales vision, effectively training and coaching both veteran and junior Property Managers. - Cultivate excellent relationships with new prospects and existing customers. - Turn around lagging operations and prepare the team for fast growth and profitability.

Reporting to the VP, I'm tasked with the responsibility to oversee new condo start-ups and management through its pre and post construction phase, registration, turnover, warranty process, RFS, NOFF, Budgeting and general management - via supervision of a team of Property Managers and site staff.

Senior Manager tasked with the Management and Operation of seven (7) Condominium Corporations and two (2) Shared Facilities within Toronto. Supervisory responsibilities for a team of five (5) Property Managers and approximately thirty (30) site staff.

Plans, directs and manage the day to day building operations associated with the predictive and preventative maintenance program and, general repairs and maintenance for a portfolio of 705 condo suites, 16 town houses and recreational facility. Developed building operations procedures, practices, standards and guidelines with respect to building systems and using Minto’s SOPs and Processes Guidelines. Maintained an excellent working relationship with Project Managers, MLA Inspectors, ESA Inspectors, Building Inspectors, Fire Prevention Inspectors, TSSA and Ministry of Labour.

Facility and Project Management: exterior building restoration; water proofing; mechanical and electrical equipment replacement; maintenance contracts and scheduling. My responsibilities spanned a portfolio of approximately 1750 rental units within Toronto Area. Coordinate and oversee Energy and water conservation management and projects and, Fire and Life Systems retrofitting while maintaining an excellent working relationship with Project Managers, MLA Inspectors, ESA Inspectors, Building Inspectors, Fire Prevention Inspectors, TSSA and Ministry of Labour.
