* Manage Control Room Datacenter documents (Cabling plan, Inventory, PDU plan & DC design). * Conduct the Safe start-up or shutdown, Day to day Operation of, Extrusion, Utility and Powder. * Monitoring and troubleshooting the field instruments with Field care software from E&H * Ensure that safe operating practices and procedures are adhered to all the times. * Installation, Calibration and Testing of fire & gas Instruments like Flammable Gas Detectors. * Generating trend from OPC server and job request as per enquiry. * Integration of third party vendor PLC’s with YOKOGAWA DCS system and Engineering. * Commissioning of PLC/RTU & SCADA based systems using Allen Bradley & WONDERWARE. * Equipment power up and Site Acceptation Test. * Development of Application software for PLC’s, PLC Programming and Testing of PLC/RTU Panels. * Preventive and corrective Action Test and Maintenance of Instruments and Compressor. * Ensure the satisfactory completion of project in terms of ICSS activities.

* Maintaining safe operating condition of plant & product * Responsible for HSE, Quality, Safe start-up, shut down & trouble shooting, day to day operation, housekeeping, Maintain Safety standard as per company policy, Co-ordination with Tech Dept. * Safety of Persons, Plants and Inspection of various vessels and equipment. * Air blowing, water cleaning & troubleshooting of rotary equipment like compressors, pumps * Installation, testing and provides commissioning assistance for DCS, PLC, Systems. Used communication protocols such as HART, MODBUS, and PROFIBUS etc. * Carries out operational preparation of equipment prior to release for maintenance and ensures proper implementation of Permit to Work instructions * Logging parameter, Co-ordination with technical services department * Equipment Lock out Tag out procedure & Maintaining the proper Site Access Control Management. * Work Permit receiver & Safety Watch Witness of loop check during contractors pre commissioning.

* Monitoring and Operate all equipment in a power plant like motors, values and drives using a DCS. * Carried out planned and emergency maintenance activities and preserving data log for record details, operation log for all operation activities. * Manage infrastructure vendor regular maintenance including (HVAC, UPS and Generator, ACs, Power, Alarm Panel, Water leak system and fire system). * Area MC Walk down for Process Instruments, F&G, HVAC, Deluge Systems, Control System Cabinets etc, raise walk down punch list for critical issues related to CU. * Witnessing of site acceptance test for Control & Protection panels. * Instruments – Analyzers, Temperature, Level Control Valves, Pressure transmitter, Emergency shutdown valves, MOV’s etc and Executing Hydraulic testing of all pressure vessels. * Maintaining the UPS systems and batteries, generators, power usage load for the equipment. * Maintenance of IT Equipment room temperature, Humidity, Sensors, Smoke detector and Alarms.

* Coordinating the team member, Attending their issues and resolving. * Worked with proper maintenance of permit closing and ensuring the safety of employees. * Ensure the software implementations according to Technical Specifications. * Networking using various communication protocols, TCP, Ethernet IP, FTP and PPP. * Fire alarm (fiber optic communication) maintenance and trouble shooting. * CCTV (Analog and IP cam) network by fiber optic Services and maintenance. * Applies and enforces DC security access Policies and Procedures for the Safety operation. * Site and design coordination with contractors, consultants, Suppliers and manufacturers. * Meeting and co-ordination with discipline engineers to clear the issues for completions. * Team play and Managing the Shift scheduled ROTA for our Engineers and Technicians.
