As the VP of IoT Technology, I’m responsible for enabling the technology stack for smart mobility, smart city, and other IoT applications. The primary focus is on developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for R&D and IT infrastructure to deliver the right IoT solutions, from device integration to connectivity and beyond. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for our organization's IoT initiatives, aligning them with business objectives and market trends. • Enable the technology stack for smart mobility, smart cities, and other IoT applications, ensuring the delivery of effective IoT solutions. • Drive customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and ensuring that the IoT solutions meet or exceed their expectations. • Lead the IT department, including IT infrastructure, and collaborate with cloud providers like OCI, AWS, etc., to optimize system performance and integration. • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to IoT, and incorporate them into the strategic roadmap. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product management, and sales, to align IoT initiatives with overall business strategies. • Monitor and assess the performance of IoT solutions, using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous innovation. • Provide leadership and guidance to the IoT technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

- Developing and establishing a new organizational structure for the Research and Development (R&D) department to enhance its ability to support and collaborate with other departments within the company. - IoT Technological enabler for IoT product house, Master system integrator, and IoT-VNO to have better delivery for IoT solutions

- Taking charge of spearheading the digital transformation initiatives within the Research and Development (R&D) department, with the aim of advancing the entire company to a greater level of maturity. - Serving as the technological enabler for the product house and IoT-VNO operator, enabling innovative solutions and driving growth through cutting-edge technologies.

- In the automotive sector, overseeing a team of 20-30 software and hardware resources to develop sensors and tailored smart automotive dashboards for renowned brands such as Renault and Volkswagen... - Designing and customizing a software stack for Biometric document generation, catering to international markets including Europe, the USA, and Africa. Our main work was to deliver good products to IDEMIA ex. Morpho & Oberthur Technologies - Acting as a consultant for the DECT phone department, focused on developing an intelligent IoT stack.

Leading the integration efforts for the Middle East and African market, working on customizing LG smartphones to meet the specific needs of this regional market.

- Accountable for the development and implementation of the inaugural intelligent EDF electrical meter, covering the entire process from embedded software to backend integration. - Overseeing and facilitating the integration process among cross-border teams from Tunisia, France, and China to ensure the successful delivery of the final product. - Creating a software stack for routers/Gateways tailored for the international market, specifically targeting regions such as Europe and Africa.
