Role: Worked as a Senior Site Engineer, responsible for supervising all site activities and ensuring proper execution according to drawings and specifications. Duties included project scheduling and coordination, cost monitoring, quality assurance, safety compliance, and effective coordination with consultants and subcontractors to achieve project milestones within budget and time constraints.

Leading the full execution of a high-profile 6,150 m² multi-use building comprising three underground parking floors and three aboveground administrative floors, with excavation reaching a rocky depth of 14 meters. Supervising all site operations from foundation to superstructure, ensuring strict adherence to approved schedules, drawings, and technical specifications. Managing and coordinating with subcontractors, technicians, and suppliers to ensure timely progress, quality assurance, and seamless workflow. Reviewing implementation phases regularly and resolving any discrepancies between design and on-site execution. Enforcing occupational health and safety standards, identifying hazards, and addressing issues to minimize delays and risks. Preparing, verifying, and submitting daily progress reports while maintaining continuous communication with project management. Handling material requisitions, scheduling deliveries, and approving purchase orders for various project phases, including structural and finishing works.

AMAALA Project – Red Sea Global | Consultant: Parsons | Contractor: Arabian Constructing Co. Supervised construction of 35+ premium residential buildings and service facilities in the Staff Village. Managed all phases from soil testing and structural work to MEP, façades, and finishing. Interpreted drawings and ensured execution matched specifications and deadlines. Coordinated with contractors, suppliers, and labor to maintain workflow. Enforced safety and environmental standards across the site. Handled material requests, budget control, and progress documentation. Resolved technical issues and supported client communications and inspections.

Owner: EMAAR Misr | Consultant: EHAF Supervised structural, finishing, roadwork, lagoon, softscape, and hardscape activities for large-scale villa projects. Delivered 75 villas in Venetto Village as part of a 145-villa development. Completed swimming pool concrete works in Maraasi H and collaborated on CFA piling and soil stabilization. Coordinated with GENCO for soil consolidation and stone column execution. Ensured on-time delivery through schedule management, quality control, and cross-team coordination. Reviewed shop drawings, resolved on-site issues, and minimized delays. Contributed to achieving project goals in scope, budget, and quality while maintaining client satisfaction.
