Position Highlights: - Performs assignments independently with instruction as to the general results expected - directs the overall construction and engineering management, organization, and operations of all projects and related construction activities - Responsible for all aspects of project from feasibility to estimating, budget presentation and approval, purchasing, subcontract bidding, negotiation, award and execution; works with architects and engineers to produce construction documents, processes plan through plan check and procures permits - Ensures assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines; manages program of projects and departmental managers to ensure successful completion and coordination of all efforts - Responsible for ensuring coordination with project controls to develop cost estimates, quantity takeoffs and manpower requirements for proposals, forecasts and change orders on assigned projects - Interfacing, coordinating, collaborating and communicating with stakeholders including but not limited clients, supervisor consultant, designers, local authorities...etc. - Obtaining required approvals of the Stakeholders - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth - Build strong client relationships and explore new markets for aluminum and metal products - Ensure all products meet industry standards and customer requirements - Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with company objectives - Analyze financial reports and implement cost-saving measures

- Preparation of budgeted vs actual figures variance analysis, comparison of BUs financial performances based on KPIs, making the executive summary monthly and presenting it to the FD for the BOD - Providing financial/ non-financial information to FP&A department, BU GMs and other executive staff to help them making important decisions - Timely closure and reporting of management accounting books on a monthly basis for all the region legal entities and provision of monthly management information to all Business Unit managers within the reporting units - Lead and mentor the accounting finance teams, managing and appraising a robust and driven finance team to support the region operations - Compliance with all Statutory and Tax reporting requirements for assigned Legal Entities including acting as focal point for annual audits, tax returns and other legal filings. - Preparation and analysis of all Financial Planning (forecast and budget) for all business units within remit, in line with corporate schedules, and as per ad hoc requests of Business Unit managers and VP Finance - Act as business partner to General Managers and Operational Managers to develop tactical business plan and maximize growth opportunities. Regular visits to all sites in the region expected to support adequately - Contribute to continual process improvements to develop and streamline existing processes and to ensure robust controls exist across the organization (including control points managed by non-finance personnel). Ensure strict adherence to the Delegation of Authority policy and travel and expenditure policy - Ensure that Balance Sheets are fully reconciled on Monthly basis in all the legal entities within reporting units

- Overseeing Accounting Operations: Supervising a team of accountants and delegating tasks & ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records & implementing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures - Financial Analysis: Conducting in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks & preparing complex financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements & Performing variance analysis to understand the reasons behind deviations from budget - Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and managing annual budgets & forecasting future financial performance & analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making - Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and tax regulations & preparing financial reports for external stakeholders, such as auditors and investors
