Commissioning, FAT, SAT, PLC/HMI/ SCADA/RTU Programming & Maintenance for GASCO Pipeline Division. Title : RTU Migration of Serck systems into Oasys SCADA. Description : Led the seamless migration of RTU systems from Serck SCADA to Oasys SCADA 7.001.Integrated multiple RTU platforms including Magna RTU, Saitel RTU, and Control Logix 1756 PLC. Managed various communication protocols such as HART, DNP3, Modbus TCP/IP and mediums like modems, VSAT, fiber optic and GSM to ensure compatibility and smooth data exchange. Conducted comprehensive physical testing of all inputs/outputs (IO) individually before migration to guarantee fault-free operation.

Preventive Maintenance, R & D and Troubleshooting of Equipment, Drives, Rockwell PLC & Factory talk view SCADA for Oil Blending Plant. Title : Automation System Enhancement for Improved Production in Oil Blending Plant Description: Led R&D for enhancing production efficiency and user-friendliness in the Lube Oil blending Plant. Conducted regular maintenance activities and developed preventive maintenance schedules for automation components, including ControlLogix PLCs, Factory Talkview SCADA and Schneider VFDs. Utilize troubleshooting proficiency to swiftly resolve technical issues, minimizing production downtime. Created and integrated small programs to meet emerging needs and enhance plant operations. Collaborated with operators and maintenance to gather feedback and implement user friendly HMI enhancements and maintained a design documents.
