* Monitoring investment compliance with CMA, RBA, CBK and KRA guidelines and regulatory frameworks. * Preparing and distributing of shareholder statements and investment manager reports, * Preparation of semi-annual and annual reports to shareholders. * Establishes the optimum type and mix of shareholders, and creates that mix through a variety of targeting initiatives. * Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management.
