• Manage and team-lead the wireless team • Ensure team members are delivering individual department targets • Report and distribute management information highlighting areas for improvement and those of concern an opportunity • Recommend and implement operational process and platforms improvement • Work towards and implement best practices • Deliver client service level agreements and KPIs • Maximize productivity • Customize resources (human/nonhuman) to meet client’s needs and department objectives • Install, configure, maintain wireless services, equipment and devices • Plan for Disaster Recovery, Manages back-up and restore plans and operations • Provide after hours and weekend on-call support • Assume a 24x7 call-out responsibility relating to MaxNET’s Core Network & Services • Document wireless problems and resolution for future reference. • Monitor and Manage System and wireless performance and implements performance tuning • Control access to wireless network, Manage user accounts and permissions • Oversee software and wireless network security • Coordination between different departments relating to MAXNET requirements and issues • Manage technical resources within budget and schedule • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for MAXNET wireless networks and Implemented projects • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Wireless Related projects • Deliver the required volume of effective coaching • Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned by the company • Extend pre-sales and post-sales support to different departments

* Planning and configuration of Broadband Fixed Wireless networks based on OFDM Technologies (Redline\InfiNet solutions). * Optimizing RF Plans for necessary coverage, Capacity and network quality. * an arrangement/ Part with the teams during the wireless installation, testing and commissioning and maintenance . * Designing and configuring WiFi networks for indoor/outdoor coverage(Altai solutions). * Designing CCTV for indoor/outdoor (Axis solutions) . * Follow-up and directing Wireless team to conduct a survey of the sites for the new WiMAX terms, (frequency, coverage, etc.) . * Troubleshooting Base stations ,backhaul, access networks (RF interference, and traffic analysis, Los, parameters RF (RSSI, SNR, etc.)). * Solving interference and network issues in live networks. * Monitor network performance and availability, stability and prepare reports of the network. * resolving customer complaints and trouble tickets within the SLA. * Design and provide and implementing wireless networks and all technical reports for the department as standard. * Design all technical proposal for new projects with solutions. * Designing feasible link budgets based on business requirements. (PTP\ PtMP) (LOS,OLOS,NLOS) * Preparing BoQs for technical pre-sale wireless projects. * Prepare the site for the initial acceptance tests (PAT). * Undertaking capacity management by monitoring overall Broadband wireless Network Performance and KPIs and suggest necessary action to improve it. * Follow up /discuss with online supplier.
