Managing Supply Chain for 3 Elsewedy Electric subsidiaries through the following : * Manage strategy development, process re-engineering, logistics management, and information technology support for the supply chain enterprise. *Manage inventory accuracy across all warehousing and manufacturing locations, and maintaining all material master information within the ERP system. *Develop and implement supply chain, supplier quality and logistics strategy that support corporate objectives. *Introduce supplier dashboard containing KPIs for suppliers to access real time performance information. * Manage budget at CAPEX/OPEX levels in line with company targets. *Set and develop evaluation and short-listing strategy for potential vendors and suppliers. *Create and manage integrated processes among Operations, planning, Purchasing, inventory, and fleet in cooperation with supply chain manager and team members. *Ensure and coordinate with all internal/external stakeholders’ unification of requirements and specs for cross functional projects. *Manage the local/ Global challenges with the suppliers. *Manages compliance with occupational health and safety regulations by setting safety checks.

[Scope: Direct , Manager and operate procurement DPT and Logistics DPT for Elsewedy Cables TKP ] Objective: Managing supply chain activities through Central Supply Chain DPT supporting Extra.High.Voltage Projects , Infrastructure Projects M.V & L.V and Telecom Projects FTTX and backbone •Conduct all sourcing cycle and activities (Foreign, Local) for Bulk material, consumable material, accessories, tools, equipment, fleet, material handling services and subcontracting. •Manage full procurement cycle to secure supply. •Manage different types of contracts : supply agreement , blanket agreement , supply & installation agreements. • Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms •Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials. •Measure the performance of Logistic forwarders and Shipping line comparing with contracts. •Forecasting levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels. •Design, implement, or oversee productreverse logistics programs to ensure products are recycled, reused, or responsibly disposed. •Confer with supply chain planners to forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials, product or services. •Direct logistics operation to manage material transportation from suppliers to main W.H and transportation among main W.H and projects W.Hs •Manage activities related to strategic or tactical procurement, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, and subcontracting. •Ensure that contract and clauses save both entity and suppliers’ rights. •Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders. •Overseeing planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods.
