Job responsibility of Design department: - Innovate and create new designs for porcelain and ceramic collection including ambient and catalogues. - Make new plan for new collection and new size to approach market needs. -Create designs for advertising and exhibition photography for Media platform. - Make plane for department designers. -Follow-up and Modification of new wall and floor design projects with department designers to finish designs in the best result. *Job responsibility of research and development decoration department: - Follow-up colors ink and materials inks like carving,glue, reactive, matt etc... materials to choosing best result from ink suppliers to finish new designs with new effects. - Follow-up test result for materials like vetrosa application, luster application, glaze metalics, esmaltopio etc.... materials from supplier companies to reach the best possible result for new materials suitable for new designs. -Making and follow-up with designers to make films of silk screen of new decorative designs for wall and floor, then choosing suitable materials for design to finish new decoration pieces in the best result.

* Job responsibility: - Innovate and create new designs for digital printing including (wall, floor, porcelain, decoration tiles, and special pieces). - Research and test to get new material effect to add for decoration designs through making design for films of silk screen to finish designs in the best way. * Job responsibility of plotter machine - K2000Mini: Create new designs for plotter printing and Choosing the right materials and applied it before or after plotter machine printing as designs required to finish designs in the best way. * Job responsibility of vacuum coating machine: Create new designs for special decoration pieces for ceramic and porcelain Select suitable materials for designs and finish the tiles with coating effect like (gold ,silver, mirror luster, with color of the spectrum, blue color and seven colors effect) to finish designs in the best way.
