* Responsible for Hankook's passenger car (PCR) return tire inspection from all distributor area in Indonesia. * PCR market survey in tire shop in distributor area. * Conduct PCR test inspection for new Hankook Tire product. * Assist truck and bus tire (TBR) Sales and Technical manager for fleet approach * Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain management team as help for tracing the TBR tire delivery tracking. * Make TBR purchase, sales, and inventory data from distributor to analyzed sales amount. * Profiling TBR fleet user that using competitor's tire for market penetration. * Responsible to tracking TBR tire production using SAP data and send as weekly report.

* Jobs description : * Reconciling transactions in and out from Wealth and Liabilities operation, and report to team leader. * Make daily report, weekly report and monthly report to Back Office Head Operations * Reconciliation of journal entries transaction with executed by Liabilities Operation transaction: Cash Reward, DDI, MRB, Stamp duty charges, Re-print banking statement charges, personal loan and ERS transaction. * Send report & inform branch and market operations if found any discrepancy from instruction on transaction * Key Achievements * Report to the Team Leader if found any errors , discrepancies, or failed transaction. * Person in charge for any transaction related to forex online. * Monthly report to Back Office Head of Operations

Fast response in conduct trouble shooting, failure analysis, warranty solution to customer and stock recovery . Maintain a comprehensive records of tire usage of Techking customers. To achieve capacity, capability and competence in: Tire analysis from hauling road to OTR scrap analysis Conduct intermediate and advance technical training by factory Assist sales team to expand Techking Tire product. Carry out field inspection services to end-customer including tire inspection, life cycle, cost per km and recommendations to end customers Individually or joint field service calls with Principal and/customer to obtain feedback on product performance, quality and service issues, and warranty determination and resolution Comprehensive tire management program that include inspection / maintenance contract retaining
