- Ensuring a clear organization strategy is set with the partner early in engagement lifecycle. - Driving demand with partners for Ingram Micro Malaysia Sdn Bhd. - Collaborating with the Director and General Managers of Sales for the Central and channel marketing to identify and recruit prospective in organization. - Work closely with inside business development rep on pursuit of pre-qualified companies. - Direct the activities and manage the performance of Channel Sales Managers within a region, setting expectations and providing guidance and direction as needed. - Develop proper channel coverage plan, and reseller and/or distributor recruitment and on- boarding. - Performs continual client interactions within offices nationwide to update sales staff on products, seasonal events, and new destination content. - Create strategies and lead team efforts to maximize sell-through of company products within the open market channels (include but not limited to distributors, master dealers).
