● Keeping documentation and records accurate and up-to-date with the latest data to prevent errors in processing or delivery ● Conducting quality assurance on continuous basis to prevent shipping errors and packaging mistakes ● Evaluating supplies and goods inventory ● Generating daily sales, transactions and inventory reports ● Categorizing received cargo and redirecting shipments ● Processing invoicing and inventory on Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 Inventory and Order Processing

● Monitor compliance between sales requirements and factory standards ● Keeping validity reports up-to-date ● Assign sales per production schedule to meet volume demands ● Securing accuracy and distribution of sales reports, recommending new tools and revisions to existing reports ● Work closely with sales management to prioritize opportunities and improvement ● Decreasing inventory shrinkage, drive-off and daily cash flow ● Developing growth strategies for a network of 30 companies
