1. Provide good service to customers 2. Repair X-Ray machine and Radiotherapy 3. Perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates of all products 4. Inform Uptime Service Center on all escalation issues 5. Report any customer complaints with proper documentation to the USC 6. Maintain highest customer satisfactions in particular within the frameworks of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services 7. All responsibilities and jobs must be performed as cost-effectively as possible, taking profitability into account

1. Backup Tool Owner for Medium Current Machine 2. Troubleshoot the Medium Current Tools 3. Ensure the equipment indices are meeting the target value 4. Manage day-to-day shift equipment and process related activities, working together with Equipment Technician 5. Assist Equipment Technician in organize/forecast all spare parts, consumable, supplies and tools during the PM 6. Establish PM procedure and equipment improvement methodology 7. To keep and revise Implant equipment spec document 8. To order and stock all spares and consumables for tools 9. Receive equipment vendor training for all major tools & translate this knowledge to other members of team 10. To attend pass-down meetings, daily module meeting, prepare notes and send report to all Engineering team in Implant area 11. Work with manufacturing to meet the production goals including sustaining lots cycle time. 12. Experience in preparing 8D report 13. Able to work shift hour=12 hours
