•Calculation of PTP & PMP link budget for different kind of MW equipment, LOS survey verification and final report submission. •Coordinate with deployment team during installation of the link, verification of the new link before it become operational. •Collect commissioning and optimization report of the link and compare with given design, analyze link stability to ensure that the link is working without any performance issues. •Reviewing of related documents of the Backhauled link, maintaining database, Update MW network inventory and follow up link requests and their implementation time plan •Support operation team for MW issues. •Plan, Design and Overlook the Rollout of PMP 3.5 GHz Site's in Riyadh.

•Conduct LOS survey, import the terrain data to Path loss, calculate the required towers height and provide the feasibility report to the requestor. •Ensure Field Installation and maintenance activities are carried out efficiently by Staff/Contractor and also meet Customers’ satisfaction and Company service standard. •Ensure Staff/Contractors follow the work procedures as stipulated in the Operations Installation & Maintenance Manuals •Ensure that the installation and maintenance forms are probably filled by ITC technician/contractor and signed by the customer •Perform Acceptance test for all installed MW links •Ensure equipment recovery for all MW terminated order till received by ITC W/H •Assign job to ITC Technician/contractor basic on the workload and skills. •Supervising the contractor & Follow up Work Progress •Building a Work Completion Time Frame. •System Start Up “Testing & Commissioning”. •Freq. Plane, Capacity Plane & Design. •Operation & Maintenance for the Installed Links. •Supervise the Activation Phase between MW Team and provision team. •Evaluate contractor performance and take necessary action on non-conformities. •Provide technical assistance and guidance to installation and maintenance technician/contractor. •Establishing and Managing a microwave department with proven ability of installation Commissioning and maintenance in cooperation with other engineers.

•Mobily L+3 (60 site Ericson Mini link ) in Al- Madenah Area •Lucent ADMU project in Western Area ( Madena –Jeddah Road)

•Microwave line of site survey, Pathloss calculations, installations, testing, commissioning and PAT for NEC-Pasolink microwave equipment’s. •Line of site for Huawei Company in Najran and Jizan Areas under mobily / L+0 Project. •Supervising 10 teams to install and commission more than 130 systems of PDH and SDH in both of Jizan and Najran area for Huawei Company under mobily / L+0 projects. •Mobily L+1 MW as Project Manager (83 links NEC over 750Km): network design, BoQ, acquiring teams, Coordination and Communication with Mobily, Huawei, NEC and ACES, implementation, monitor and Control with weekly progress and financial reports plus pending items list, PAT, and invoicing For the work done so Far in L+1. ACES have been chosen by Huawei to be approved partner in Saudi Arabia. •Work as RF engineer for more than 100 sites in Jeddah, Taif, and Baha) for Motorola, Ericsson and Nokia. •Supervising 10 teams to survey (LOS), install and commission more than 130 sites in Jizan and Najran for mobily (NEC PASO & PASO+)
