Led the end-to-end setup of a new production line while running New Product Introduction (NPI) in parallel, scaling output from 100K to 1.2M IoT modules per month. Managed first-time production of NB-IoT, Smart Modules, and 5G products by establishing robust process flows, golden line standards, and yield control mechanisms to stabilize early builds and support mass production. Drove ramp strategies focused on yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and cost optimization, while implementing cross-functional NPI governance across Engineering, Quality, Test, and Supply Chain to control ECNs and minimize disruption. Optimized SMT and RF-sensitive processes, reduced rework and scrap, and led test process improvements, including parallel testing and test time reduction, increasing effective capacity without additional CAPEX. Introduced data-driven KPI dashboards, coordinated operator training and multi-skill development, and ensured production readiness for high-volume manufacturing while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.

Worked with a high-performing team at Jabil producing automotive products for top globally renowned car brands, marking my first experience in the automotive industry. Leveraged strong SMT PCB and PCBA manufacturing knowledge while gaining exposure to more complex automotive processes. In addition, accumulated one year of hands-on experience setting up a Photonic Transceiver production line, supporting the full transition from NPI to mass production, further expanding technical expertise beyond previous roles.
