­Diriyah Gate Project (DGCL)– Package P1C – PMC (Project Management Consultant) - Duties: ­ -Determining and defining project scope and objectives ­ -Tracking project costs in order to meet budget and maintain quality ­ -Providing project updates on a consistent basis to DGCL about strategy, adjustments, and progress ­ -Monitoring project progress and make adjustments as needed ­ -Building strong relationships with project Client, project stakeholders, Construction team, third parties and other consultancies alignment ­ -Monitoring assigned project, ensuring on-time and successful delivery against set KPIs ­ -Providing input on project optimization and value engineering

- Riyadh Metro Project – Line 1 and 2 (Riyadh) – Responsible for all Traffic diversions and detours for Riyadh Metro lines 1 & 2 corridors. -­ Qiddiya Project – (Riyadh) – providing to the client several Engineering Consultancy services such as Master Planning, Complex Logistics Solutions, ITS, Parking planning, Road Safety, Smart Mobility &Traffic Management.

King Abdul Aziz Road (Makkah‐KAAR) – Design and Built Mega Project (7 billion SAR), located in Mecca/KSA. KAAR is a signature urban development project in the holy city of Mecca stretches over 1.2 million m² and when completed will provide more efficient multimodal transportation to a central pedestrian boulevard accommodating more than a 100,000 people travelling to and from the Al‐Haram Mosque. Above ground, the project includes a large ring road and Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) station. The new city development will have 100,000 residential units, hotels and apartments, multistory car parks to cater for visitors and staff, and 28,000 hotel rooms, alongside commercial and recreational areas as well as a new mosque. Work involved immediate involvement in the design of serval Roads with various operational classification, Bridges, multistory Carparks, Metro Tunnel and Metro Stations, a new BRT service, utilities and infrastructures. -­ Managed a large team of engineers in various disciplines, where I supervised and assisted in the production of various studies related to structural design, bridges, underpasses, metro tunnels, Stations, Carparks and Roads. -­ Supervised and assisted in the design of four multistory car parks which included structural design and design of circulation of traffic, design of entry and exist points, determination of size, number of levels etc. -­ Supervised and assisted in the design of a BRT depot, BRT terminal, Bus terminals and adequate footpath to cater for large volume of expected visitors especially during the Hajj period.

- Supervised the construction of a new tunnel at Bechara El Khoury in Beirut and implement a newly signalized intersection on grade. - In charge of a team responsible to redesign a new tunnel and evaluate several options in Jal El Dib (northern Beirut). Work involved preparing new BOQ and tender documents. - Supervise the construction of a new interchange in Nahr El Mott in Beirut and liaised with the consultant and contractor to prepare as-built drawings. - Design review, and supervising the implementation of various signalized intersections in Beirut, CCTV, and fiber-optic network. - Assisted in the design of a new large roundabout in the Dekwaneh Square, Beirut to ease the flow of traffic.

- Managed the preparation of shop drawings, as-built drawings, review of design drawings, in charge of coordinating all project geometric aspects. Project description: 100 km highway with approx. value 500 million USD. (13 viaducts, 100 over the bridge, 30 under the bridge, more than 80 box culverts, underpasses, and retaining walls).

- Managed the Design Engineer of roads and infrastructure networks including geometric details, roads cross-sections, and quantities take off, setting out for surveyors’ crews. - Directed a team of 3 engineers and 3 quantity surveyors to prepare the monthly Statement. - Finalized all civil works quantities and negotiated relative statements with the client. - Prepared part of the claim to the client. Project 1: Beirut Northern Entrance, Roads Parallel to Beirut River-PN3. Construction of new roads (Main Road and Service Roads) parallel to Beirut River, Concrete Lining of Beirut River, Construction of 1 viaduct, 4 overpasses, the total value of 30 million USD. Project 2: Khaldeh Cocodi dual Carriageway. Construction of 5 Km highway including two tunnels, retaining walls, drainage and sewage system, lighting and telecommunication ducts with a total value of 50 million USD.

- Assisted the Road Technical Manager, following up on the ongoing road works, presenting new schemes and design reviews. - Provided assessment maintenance support on the road network and bridges. - Operated on different Computer programs related to road design and infrastructures works. - Assisted in preparation of the proposal for Coastal Protection of the Corniche road in Tripoli. - Offered technical assistance to the Lebanese Contractors and Consultants in the field of Rehabilitation and Upgrading the Infrastructure of Lebanon.

Managed the shop drawing preparation and the design works for highway and infrastructure, using different design software. Project description: Southern Highway, a portion of 14 Km extending between Jieh and Zahrani with a 35 million USD value.

- Provided the design and preparation of drawings according to engineering standards, Highway geometric design, design of hydraulic structures, calculation of quantities and preparation of cost estimates. * Project 1: Zahrani-Naqoura Highway 50 Km. * Project 2: Jbab el Homor-Sir el denyieh 32 Km Secondary Road. - Coordinated all works related to road and infrastructure construction, inspection and documentation of all contractual works including bituminous surfacing, drainage, and other underground utilities. * Project 3: Rehabilitation of Beirut Southern Suburbs Roads and Infrastructures.
