• Plan and organize periodic preventive maintenance activities for all machines, tools & equipment in order to minimize the breakdown/inefficiency in production • Facilitated effective communication between different departments regarding maintenance schedules to minimize disruption to production timelines. • Developed and coordinated effective predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance approaches.

• Assemble electrical control boards and wiring harnesses according to Rapiscan Systems’ technical drawings, schematics, and assembly procedures. • Interpret and follow engineering documentation (e.g., wiring diagrams, BOMs, and layout drawings) to ensure accurate component placement and connections. • Perform soldering, crimping, and connector installation following IPC standards and company quality requirements. • Conduct continuity checks, visual inspections, and functional tests to ensure reliability and safety of assembled boards. • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to address design issues or component discrepancies during the assembly process. • Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with ESD safety practices and company policies. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce assembly errors. • Document production activities and report issues using internal systems.

• Assist in the execution of piping, fabrication and steel structure work projects. • Responsible for the overall planning, implementation and control of the projects assigned • Responsible for attending meetings/discussions with Client, Consultants, Main Contractor and Subcontractors to coordinate the whole works. • Responsible for the timely submission all documents related to the projects. • Travelling to the field/site is required as necessary. • Supported Project Engineers in developing comprehensive project plans, achieving timely completion of milestones. • Increased overall project satisfaction by actively seeking and incorporating feedback from stakeholders throughout the planning and execution phases.
