A. Main Responsibility in Siemens Energy Gas Power Industry Solution as Proposal Specialist Customer Services is service delivery of portfolios customer services as below : 1. Field & Maintenance Services ( On Call Services ) - Responsibility to provide On Call Services offer base on Daily Rate and Project. - Responsibility to create order review after receiving PO from customer - Coordination with Sales & Service Engineer Team to provide availability Service Engineer for execution field/troubleshooting/maintenance services 2. Spareparts Management and Quotations Team Member SP & Quotations - Responsibility to provide spare part pricing, availability spare part information. - Responsibility to manage stock of the common/ stock plant hold up spare parts. - Responsibility to achieve high hit-rate on Spare Part Quotations and customer satisfaction through short quotation response time. - Responsibility to accurate delivery time spare part to customer. - Responsibility to create order review after receiving PO from customer 3. Retrofit & Modernization - Responsibility to provide proposal retrofit & modernization, - Responsibility to create order review after receiving PO from customer 4. Service Contracts - Responsibility to provide proposal service contracts - Responsibility to create order review after receiving PO from customer B. Support Vertical Sales & Sales Services C. Support Logistic/ Purchasing

Service Engineer, Proposal Engineer & Spareparts Management Quotations Center – PT. Siemens Indonesia Jobdesk : 1. Service Engineer as back up team Technical Competence Center (TCC/ Service Engineer) if all of Service Engineer going to site. 2. Proposal Engineer & Spareparts Management Quotations Center Main Responsibility as Proposal Engineer & Spare Parts Management Quotations Team Member as below : 1. Responsibility to provide proposal engineer, follow up the result of proposal engineer. 2. Responsibility to provide spare part pricing, availability spare part information. 2. Responsibility to manage stock of the common/ stock plant hold up spare parts. 3. Responsibility to achieve high hit-rate on Spare Part Quotations and customer satisfaction through short quotation response time. 4. Responsibility to accurate delivery time spare part to customer.

* Completes broad scope of technical tasks including installation/commissioning, maintenance and evaluation of customers equipment and systems among others (after PM100). * Determines priorities of tasks and actions and schedules measures accordingly. * Supports customer remotely and onsite, and provides 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues. * Contributes to or conducts the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories. * Contributes to or executes activities for estimation, planning, and review of technical tasks in support of overall project acquisition, negotiation, planning and management (partly before PM100). * Adheres to relevant processes and regulations. * May manage sub-contractors and monitors delivery. * May be involved in technical design and developments for service offerings. * Responsible for troubleshooting & commissioning the Drive Technology product (Simatic, Simovert, Simoreg, Sinamic) * Responsible for supporting the haul truck services. (ex. Euclid Hitachi 4500 - 5000) * Support Internal Drive Technology services & support sales to make an offer
