-Act as the key technical expert for solution assessment execution. -Support customers run 1st party and/or 3rd party ISV assessment tools as per tool portfolio of the WW Solution Assessment program​. -Prepare technical insights and key scenarios required to drive the right technical and business solution outcomes. -Scope the technical and security design for customer solutions, select optimal migration paths for the customer, build consumption plans​. -Confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as required, so that the customer receives an accurate projection of anticipated costs in new services sought. -Alignment and handover of the migration plan to migration partner or account team.​

-Provide hardware remote technical support, troubleshooting and analysis assistance for hardware installation, usage, configuration questions and software installation for IBM/Lenovo products. -Provide technical support service delivery; demonstrating soft skills and technical skills that contribute to client satisfaction. Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. -Provide problem determination. Review diagnostic information to assist in isolation of a problem cause. -Identify suspected defects and engage escalation team to assist in resolution. -Collaborate with other support centers and business units to provide seamless problem resolution. -Mentor new hires and provide guidance and help when needed.

-Information Storage Management (ISM) Introduction. -Get to know Dell Technologies products such as PowerMax, XtremIO, Unity XT,...etc. -Got trained in Presenting with Clarity and Impact from Dale Carnegie. -Got trained in Negotiations: A Human Relations Approach from Dale Carnegie.

-I was a trainee at the Information Technology Department. -I have seen a large data center with several server racks and backup servers. -I learned how to operate several web applications on the same server using virtualization. -I had an in depth view of web applications. -Got an overview about web developing; Front-End developing up to Back-End developing. -Learned how to fetch data from a database using SQL and how to make a report.

-I trained in the maintenance of electrical instruments. -Finding and troubleshooting the problems for an AC motor controller. -Design Fire alarm circuit. -Maintenance of Load cell.
