My key responsibility is driving operational excellence through strategic project leadership. I lead projects that directly enhance business operations, customer satisfaction and ensuring delivery on time, within budget and highest quality standards. My work involves strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, cost control and tracking continuous improvement with a strong focus on aligning project with core business goals. My responsibilities include defining requirements for new robotic and automated systems, developing and optimising processes for existing machines and managing high value CAPEX cases.

I led a 20+ member public speaking club. I was responsible for driving clubs growth, member engagement and overseeing clubs operations. I guided the executive committee, shaped club strategy and created an environment where members level up in communication and leadership.

I have helped launch a start up business that provides virtual tours for small businesses. I have developed a marketing strategy to reach potential clients, resulting inbound leads and a closed multiple deals. I built a small team of talented photographers and videographers resulting in the creating high-quality and engaging virtual tours. Despite the challenges of operating a start-up during the pandemic, I was able to develop innovative solutions to meet client needs while adhering to public health guidelines and provided technical support to clients

I was responsible for diagnosing process operations, identifying challenges and making appropriate recommendations for process improvements. I have also provided technical support and product knowledge during the build, installation, and launch of robotic installations. With vast experience, I have been able to support to identify products and operations by finding solutions related to manufacturing process improvements, resulting in increase sales and reduction of project risk.

My research has focused on advancing robotic technology for surface finishing applications. I have investigated ways to improve surface finishing from different machining aspects and have addressed challenges, pushed boundaries and explored innovative solutions utilising robotic technology I hold a Doctorate (PhD) in Robotic Machine Control

I was responsible for translating customer requirements into precise design specifications. I worked closely with cross-functional development teams, including designers, developers and experts to ensure product meets customer expectations. My involvement extended to comprehensive SAT/FAT product testing and equipment operation, including quality checks and machinery tests.
