My responsibilities include building the chemical, cellular and molecular biology lab. In less than 6 month we had a fully operational lab reproducing data previously generated at JHU. Since the lab is established I oversee the R&D program at NexImmune and am focused on modifying and optimizing the aAPC platform from the research bench into a clinical product ready for GMP production. In addition, I am involved in product and process development, negotiated with CRO’s and CMO’s, timeline planning, budget design and data analysis and presentation both internally and externally including investor presentations.
