Develop original and creative architectural and interior design concepts tailored to each project. Prepare and deliver high-quality design presentations, concept packages, and mood boards. Research and advise on materials and product sourcing and manage the creation of sample “mood” presentations. 2-Organizing and attend meetings relating to the project site/client/sub-contractors and compile and present necessary reports. 3-Preparation of detailed working drawings, designs, material list, BOQ, and quotations to the client. 4-Managing all Local Authority approvals of local agencies and coordinating with them to obtain all drawing approvals and required work permits and approvals. 5-Undertake the design project from concept to completion. 6-Supervise work progress. 7-Assisting the Project Manager.
