Create, process, and track purchase orders (POs). 6. Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions and contracts. Inventory Management: 7. Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock levels. Ensure efficient and effective inventory management to avoid overstocking or shortages. 8. Research the market for new products and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing. 9. Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and best practices in procurement. 10. Work within the company’s budget to ensure cost-efficient purchasing. 11. Analyze spending trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction. 12. Ensure purchased items meet quality standards and specifications. 13. Coordinate with the quality control team to handle product returns or discrepancies. 14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. 15. Provide regular reports to management on purchasing activities and financial performance.

Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including incoming and outgoing shipments, stock levels, and other transactions. 12. Use warehouse management software to keep track of operations. 13. Resolve issues related to stock shortages, misplacement, or delays.
