Calf and Heifer Rearing Management: Developing, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of Calf and Heifer rearing and care (maintenance and treatment). 3. Advanced Transition Management: Planning, coordinating, and supervising the execution of specialized management programs for Dry Pregnant Cows, Transition Cows, Transition Heifers, and Calving (periparturient period management). 4. Peripartum and Colostrum Management: Developing, coordinating, and overseeing the rigorous implementation of Pre-Calving, Calving, Post-Calving, Calf, and Colostrum Management protocols. 5. Ethical Herd Selection Procedures: Executing/Performing hospitality and euthanasia procedures on calves and heifers, as required for the Heifer Replacement selection process.

Strategic Health Program Management: Develop, coordinate, and oversee the execution of comprehensive Health Management and Disease Control programs specifically targeting Calves and Heifers. 2. Performance Evaluation & Optimization: Conduct routine, in-depth evaluations to optimize the performance and efficiency of the Heifer Replacement Rearing program. 3. Procurement Strategy & Oversight: Strategize, manage, and coordinate the specifications and sourcing of all Medicine, Vitamins, and Chemical (OVK) supplies.

Unit Farm Margaluyu PT. Nusantara Agri Sejati Animal Heatlh and Reproduction Departement Section 1. Health and Reproduction Management: Performing and monitoring health management and reproduction services for Frisian Holstein (FH) Cow. 2. Calf Rearing Management: Executing and monitoring the management of calf rearing programs, specifically covering the Post-Calving, Weaning, and Rearing phases. 3. Advanced Clinical Care & Surgery: Planning and conducting case management within the Hospital Barn, including the execution of surgical procedures. 4. Preventative Health Programs: Planning, evaluating, and supervising the comprehensive Hoof Trimming, Deworming, and Vaccination programs for lactating cows. 5. Supply Chain and Procurement Oversight: Planning, evaluating, and supervising the procurement program for Medicine, Vitamins, Chemicals (OVK), and Semen Straws. 6. Reproductive Technology Implementation: Planning and executing Estrus Synchronization programs, Artificial Insemination (AI), and Pregnancy Diagnosis.
