Job Desc and Responsibility : Make a manual travel letter for drivers who want to enter / exit the pool. Make a check pass for the unit you want to service. monitor units incorporated in employee pick-up, and monitor to companies, to ensure bus pickup units are stand-by at the company in the morning and after hours. make a travel charter planning schedule, starting from preparing the driver, the bus unit, the cleanliness of the bus, the first-aid kit, APAR etc. Monitor bus units if there are buses experiencing problems on the road. Coordinate with the korbus if there are complaints from employees regarding the service of the bus. Provide motivation / direction to the driver, if there is a driver whose spirit is decreasing. giving road cash to the driver every week. Arrange operational course, starting from check route, parking check, field check.

Job Desc and Responsibility :  For Bonding Test : Responsible for testing shoes component and testing the glue(Adhessive) shoes between outsole to midsole, midsole to outsole TPU ( Injection Plastic ) with instron machine and evaluated the result of bonding test finish.  For Viscometer test : Responsible for checking the thick of glue for all new materials from warehouse and check random glue into the warehouse to make sure the batch code and list are appropriate. Can operate the Following Measuring instrument tools :  Caliper/Sigma : to check and textile material ( mesh, Synthetic, Leather, Foam ) starting from length of the material, diameter material in warehouse.  Project Leader : I have subordinates(junior technician) 5 people, monitoring the testing of bonding test, quality material(checking characterisik all material).  responsible for data entry material,shoes starting from incoming material until send to Lab and check the receipt of material and shoes to be sent Lab, starting from check form list must be in accordance with the article shoe number, batch code material.  Evaluated of the result material test and shoes test from Lab testing.  check weekly report material starting from quantity, List code, no PO (Purchase Order), check all material total quantity for a week.  conduct weekly meeting with subordinate(junior Technician) if there is a problem/issue and to evaluate the results of the work. Follow up any issue or claim, if there is a reject material, and confirmation to the warehouse department, evaluate and compare the results of lab test and vendor, Make a report weekly and monthly report. Make PTRSS ( Product Test Requirement Specification Sheet ) document if there is a new shoe model. Perform 5S and PPM Machine every day activities in the work area, before work and after work.
