Moataz Mekkaoui

Moataz Mekkaoui is an architect with a Bachelors degree in Architecture. He has worked for the past 25 years between KSA, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Lebanon accumulating significant experience as an architect, technical coordinator, team leader, project/design manager, director, senior director and projects director with reputed organizations and successfully delivered various building projects from concept design to tender. Moataz current role as Projects Director is mainly to oversee and deliver projects as per the defined business model and the programme through: - Managing all stake holders thru various design stages, procurement and construction - Attending and chairing all meetings such as progress, design, risk management & executive meetings with the Board’s members. - Being involved in all project’s details that requires decision-making. - Collaboration & proactive communication among all parties that leads to the benefit of the project through the proper communication channels in order to ensure deadlines are met. - Ensuring that all parties are working as one Team through courageous conversations. Moataz was also involved in the design of high-rise, five-star hotels, residential and mixed-use commercial development, retail, etc. He is a highly talented, organized and experienced architect with excellent capability of conceiving and completing projects within challenging time frame and managing expectations.
