Worked for over three years as an investment banker, where my core responsibilities included: Leading teams of 2-3 analysts under the supervision of a director on various M&A and equity raising transactions. Performing extensive financial modeling and valuation work. Developing Pitch Books, Road-Show Presentations, Teasers & Information Memorandums. Assisting in the drafting of Offering Circulars, SPAs, Management and Shareholder Agreements.
