Methods, equipment, specifications, cost estimates and other documents related to project design and construction. 8. Negotiates contracts for best value to the company. 9. Prepare and presents written and oral reports on projects for Company management, Company Commission Boards, and the public. 10. Perform research, analyzes findings; prepares recommendations for project planning needs. 11. Respond to and resolves inquiries and complaints regarding engineering projects.

1. Prepare Method Of statement for all activities (Mechanical, Electrical) & (Civil if required). 2. Reviewing the all engineering documents including P&IDs, basic civil guide & GA drawings & piping MTO. 3. Reviewing fabrication drawings & supervising on fabrication of steel tanks and some equipment (such as DAF Flocculator, Handrails, Gravity Oil Separator and Screens … etc). 4. Issuing Technical Submittal (technical data sheet for equipment). 5. Handling technical clarification stage until get approval from (Consultant / Client). 6. Preparing equipment & instrumentation load lists. 7. Reviewing the all tendering documents including layout, hydraulic gradient, PFD (Process Flow Diagram). 8. Study project contract carefully. 9. Issue EMR & review P.Os. 10. Update time schedule with project planner. 11. Review weekly & monthly report after issuing from project planner. 12. Follow equipment and material status with procurement department till receive at site warehouse. 13. Issue Subcontractor contract completed with scope of work. 14.Ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all project team members, departments, and all other project participants. 15. Prepare project status reports including budget monitoring and trend tracking, collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information & recommending actions. 16. Mobilization and demobilization. 17. Ensure safety and quality requirements. 18. Handling over project to commissioning team. 19. Preliminary handing over to client. 20. Ensure that all contrasts clause and terms are completely finished as per contract. 21. Oversees construction and commissioning in order to ensure completion of projects as efficiently and effectively as possible. 22. Prepare and follow invoices.
