Current Project: Pluto Water Handling Module - Woodsides  Manage and chair HFE review session ie: Safety Critical Task Analysis, Valve criticality analysis  Develop material handling studies for project including philosophies and final report.

− Manage operation and maintenance of Portable Water Plant and Sewage Treatment Plant. − Manage operation and maintenance of Temporary Camp Facilities (TCF) with maximum capacity of 70,000 POB. − Manage and supervise on defect and liabilities issue related to TCF. − Familiar with Topdesk CMSS systems. − Involve in mechanical completion for storage vessel (cryogenic), pumps, filters, storage tank, valves and piping works. − Review tender evaluation plan, technical bid evaluation and technical bid clarification for two Work Order Contract (general work and electrical work) − Establish work procedure and related worksheet and standard to be used for above said Contract. − Familiar with work order system.

Serve as Human Factor Facilitator & Material Handling Coordinator.  Manage and lead a group of engineers & designers for material handling and human factor scope.  Manage and chair HFE review session.  Perform and produced FEED verification report, upon start of project.  Manage and supervise pedestal crane and material handling equipment requisitions.  Coordinate review and approval processes associated with respective package and material handling activities including issue of document, identification, etc.  Involve and assist in hook-up & commissioning activities (ie: installation of the submersible pumps).  Participate in design reviews (ie: HAZID, HAZOP, HFE, SIPROD, Constructability review).

Serve as Piping Module Lead and Piping Designer.  In-charge for Utilities Module (1102 & 1202).  Participate 30%, 60% and 90% Model Review, HAZID & HAZOP review, Contractibility review with Client and Shareholders. Facilitate the model review using Aveva Review and discuss/provide solutions to client to any issues related to piping design, equipment  To oversee, monitor piping design activity (PDMS), pipe support, Stress Analysis, Piping Material and all work related to meet the given project schedule.  Prepare and produce monthly Module Weight Control Report and Module Design Progress.

− Involved and supervise in engineering design development (eg: trash diverter system) − Verified and approving third party calculation result (eg: absolute efficiency test) − Reviewed and approved third party engineering drawing and analysis. − Prepare overall project schedule (up to level 3 schedule). − Prepare and presented project allocation budget for Board approval. − Involved in vendor selection program for engineering design scope. − Attend and assist in TNB R&D convention for Generation Unit. − Provide training for non-executive level for exposure in engineering design. − Manage a research project consist of proposal (schedule and costing), engineering (detail design, mechanical calculation, drawing), fabrication, installation and commissioning. − Sub-contract tender preparation and presentation for approval. − In charge for equipment requisition for level instrument items, heavy duty bearings, structural steel, etc. − Close communication with local authorities (ie: JKR, SPAN) when involved any water related issue. − Involved in TNB Hydro power plant optimization and rehabilitation. − Manage and organize meeting with other TNB segment for issue related to power plan optimization. − Well prepared/knowledgeable when come to vendor management in term of schedule and variation order.

− Head of team for centrifugal and reciprocating pump sales and service for Malaysia market focused on Petronas (onshore & offshore). − Coordinate the estimate of contract changes/variances, providing filed personnel and contract department with technical assistance and document supporting these changes. − Prepared project proposal & tender related to both commercial and technical aspect. − Attending meeting with client (KOM, BCM, etc.) and principal. − identifying and establishing new business organizing sales visits liaising with existing clients − Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions and reviewing cost & sales performance of the group. − Assist in technical interpretation of sub-contract requisitions for erection & commissioning activities relevant to equipment supplied. − Review and assist in the preparation Field Material Requisition and Change Order. − Prepare and submit progress claims and inspections and verification arrangement.

Well serve on interpret and comment on P&ID. − In-charge for material take off (MTO). − Prepare piping general arrangement drawing. − Completed task in various projects with routed pipe based on ASME code B31.3 with consideration of all major design aspects. − Advanced skill on routing pipe using Piping Design & Management System (PDMS) software. − Able to read, understand and comment on mechanical drawing (nozzle orientation, support, etc.) based on pipe routing arrangement. − Intermediate knowledge on pipe support (location, stress, insulation). − Well served on valves, pipe fittings and flanges. − Knowledge on measurement instruments.
