Project Coordination: Monitor and coordinate projects, progress of outsourced activities to ensure compliance with the factory production plan. Performance Monitoring: Identify performance indicators (capacity, manpower,...) to evaluate supplier performance. Process Improvement: Identify new items -> request PE, RD team to share information about BOM, Gerber, SOP, JIG,.... Using SAP& KRP system to cross check material inventory with Headquarter and supplier, Issue PO and controlling FCST. Monthly, making closing AP with the outsourcing party, ensuring payment of outsourcing fee

Searching and sourcing new vendors following company request Process design. Develop new vendors, new items and enhance localization to meet requirement of Quality, Cost. Price management, price negotiation with supplier to get the most competitive price. Price control, new price application, key in master for new item into system Managed the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept ideation to mass production. Collaborated with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution within tight timelines. Perform data analysis, propose contract terms for each supplier=>sign contracts, contract appendices, and related minutes of agreement.

Receiving and control Purchasing request from Production Dept. Coordinating with other members/ sections to solve materials-related problems (Log, WH, Production, NPI,....) Summarize and report the status of the group.

Making material requirement planning, issuing, and controlling orders of raw material Issue PO base on SO demand system suggest, LT materials, MOQ, type of materials (Specials/common/ EOL/ NG rate...).Issue Forecast to Supplier in order to prepare raw materials Control PO issue on time avoid loss PO Request supplier report inventory every month Making & control DO (Purpose: Efficient inventory) Creating DO base on production plan, supplier's conditions, inventory target & delivery term Control supplier's safety stock to handle urgent case Evaluate quality delivery for per supplier monthly (QCDS) Control EOL part/ EOL Model / ECN change. Track changes and update, adjust DO, purchase plans and inventory. Control NG issue & follow up. Making AP, payment document & keep payment for supplier on time.
