• Schedule the 13 Week Forecast of the Brule Mine • Plan and sequence the pit to meet the 13 Week Forecast and monthly targets • Cut each bench into working solids that are sent to other members of the Brule Engineering team • Prepare and publish the Brule Mine Weekly Plan, and lead the Weekly Plan meeting which involves every department within the Brule Mine • Communicate with operations to ensure full understanding of the Brule Mine Weekly plan • Create dump plans for the Brule Mine • Redesigned the Southeast dump to reduce the hauling distance by 1.6km and increase the dump capacity by 13million cubic meters (m3) • Changed the mining sequence of the pit in order to create dump area for future projects such as the Blind Pit • Examine plan compliance on a weekly basis • Design access roads and ramps • Co-Chair member of the Employee Engagement committee which is aimed to bring forward any employees’ issues and discuss possible solutions with the management team • Work on weekends as a Pit Supervisor as needed • Provide mentorship to new members of the Brule Engineering team.

 Worked in 15 active underground mines to examine their geothermal energy capacity  Analyzed the financial, technical and environmental benefits of harvesting geothermal energy resulting in savings up to $440K/yr per mine with payback period below 4 years, and carbon dioxide reduction up to 1370 tonnes/yr per mine  Contacted and met with different heat pump suppliers to obtain equipment pricing and installation requirements  Published a CIM Convention paper and a Mining World Congress paper

 Optimized the ratio of solvents to pregnant solution in the titanium extraction mixture  Analyzed mixing time and temperature to adjust the process  Documented the effects of new parameters, such as pressure, on the extraction process
